Well, I am having another frustrating day with the knee. Can barely move it for peddling. I have 5 full days to heal until I take my first ride on Sunday which will be 58 miles.I can't imagine, being this inactive for this long stretch of time.
This is who I am. I realized that Physical and emotional healing HURTS!!!
