BST Bike Ride in Barringtion, IL

Another great day for a bike ride. Today I did a 48 mile bike ride in Barringtion with some of my cycling team members. The start was a bit foggy, but beautiful. The air was crisp and it made the riding very enjoyable. It felt so good to be back on the bike. I also met some people from Vision Quest Coaching and got excited that they do hardcore training for Tri and ironman and can help me in my swimming and also I can do computraining to get faster on my bike. Definitely signing up.
