Ok here I am, the new me. Why not. New place, new image, new outlook. Lost a bit of Ibs, gained some muscles, feeling good. Got my result of my fitness test and I did very well, especially on my VO2Max 47.8. It indicates that when I reach 50.36 I will have a rating of Superior. How interesting. More updates later
