Today's wisdom card tells me:
Everything Changes.
Everything changes..... your body, mind and relationships all change.
When you realize this fact, you can discard useless attachments, and become genuinely humble about everything in life.
Just like the river flows, so those changes in your life.... it is never the same for good or bad but once you accept that this is just the fact of life.. reality become more bearable and will begin to enjoy life more. Things happen for a reason, no one knows why but they show us where to go and what to do.
Acceptance of change will bring inner peace if you let go and just like a river, go with the flow....

It depends: are the changes in your life, particulary within yourself, good or bad in God's eyes? As a professed follower of Christ, do your changes make you more like Him? or less? Going with the flow shouldn't override our convictions and self control.

My thoughts, respectfully-
Going with the flow is about acceptance of the path God provides you. We are never 'bad' in God's eyes - we are of God ourselves. The degree to which we realize this within ourselves is the only true difference. Can our convictions withstand the changes that come in our lives? If not, maybe they are not from God but only from ourselves.
'The Power of Flow', an excellent book, is based on recognizing and accepting the power of the divine within us and letting that knowledge determine the course of our lives inherent with its many changes.
I agree.. maybe I did not clarify.. but I am talking about changing occurring around you and to you. That is why I say, like a river you have to go with the flow but also like SLM said.. have the knowledge and the divinity to deal with it.
