Well, just out of the blue, I decided to run the Suntrust National Marathon in DC. This is my second time I am running it, but my 19th marathon overall. Not hoping for the best of times, since I have not ran since chicago marathon in October. Ran 8 miles last sunday in about 1:14 and still feel good.
So at this point.. I am relying on total muscle memory. My strategy will be to take it nice and slow and reserve some energy for the last 10 miles.
