I check social networking site of applicants all the time. I'm often surprised at what I find. If people are dumb enough to post things that can get them in trouble or prevent them from getting a job than so be it, next appplicatiion please!
Well, said.. you have no idea what I have seen... you have to be aware of what is proper to post in any social networking. It is your Own Responsibility.
